Ingredient / Bahan :
500 gr of ribs / 500 gr tulang iga
100 gr string bean / 100 gram buncis
5 clove of garlic / 5 siung bawang putih
5 clove of shallot / 5 siung bawang merah
3 pieces of tamarin / 3 buah asem jawa
1 spoon of Sugar / 1 sendok makan gula
½ tea spoon of Paper powder / ½ sendok teh bubuk merica
1 tea spoon of Salt / 1 sendok teh Garam
How to Cook / Cara memasak :
Boil the ribs with 500 ml of water for 15 minute / rebus tulang iga dengan 500 ml air selama 15 menit
Crush the spices : garlic,shallot, tamarin / Haluskan bumbu : bawang putih, bawang merah, asem
Sauté the crushed spices / tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan
Put the spices to the boiled ribs / Masukkan bumbu kedalam rebusan iga
Add some sugar, paper powder & salt / Tambahkan gula, merica bubuk dan garam secukupnya
Slice the springbean into the small of pieces then put it to the soup / potong buncis lalu masukkan kedalam rebusan
Wait for 5 minute and its ready to serve / tunggu sekitar 5 menit dan masakan siap dihidangkan
