Sweet tamarin soup / Soup asem manis

Ingredient / Bahan :

  • 500 gr of ribs / 500 gr tulang iga

  • 100 gr string bean / 100 gram buncis

  • 5 clove of garlic / 5 siung bawang putih

  • 5 clove of shallot / 5 siung bawang merah

  • 3 pieces of tamarin / 3 buah asem jawa

  • 1 spoon of Sugar / 1 sendok makan gula

  • ½ tea spoon of Paper powder / ½ sendok teh bubuk merica

  • 1 tea spoon of Salt / 1 sendok teh Garam


How to Cook / Cara memasak :

  • Boil the ribs with 500 ml of water for 15 minute / rebus tulang iga dengan 500 ml air selama 15 menit

  • Crush the spices : garlic,shallot, tamarin / Haluskan bumbu : bawang putih, bawang merah, asem

  • Sauté the crushed spices / tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan

  • Put the spices to the boiled ribs / Masukkan bumbu kedalam rebusan iga

  • Add some sugar, paper powder & salt / Tambahkan gula, merica bubuk dan garam secukupnya

  • Slice the springbean into the small of pieces then put it to the soup / potong buncis lalu masukkan kedalam rebusan

  • Wait for 5 minute and its ready to serve / tunggu sekitar 5 menit dan masakan siap dihidangkan

  • Celedri / daun seledri

  • Tomato / tomat

  • Star fruit / belimbing


How to make / cara membuat :

  • Put 2 glass of water on your blender / masukkan 2 gelas air kedalam blender

  • Put the tomato & celedri to the blender / masukkan tomat dan seledri kedalam blender

  • Slice the start fruit and put it to the blender / potong belimbing dan masukkan dalam blebder

  • Make the juice / buat jus-nya

  • Its ready to serve / minuman siap dihidangkan

Javanese Fried Rice / Nasi Goreng Jawa

Ingredient / Bahan :
  • 1 plate of cooked rice / 1 piring nasi putih

  • 3 clove of garlic / 3 siung bawang putih

  • 3 clove of shallot / 3 siung bawang merah

  • 1 tomato / 1 buah tomat

  • 50 gr of shrimp / 50 gr udang

  • 50 gr bean sprouts / 50 gr tauge

  • 1 egg / 1 butir telur

  • Paper powder / bubuk merica

  • Salt / Garam


How to Cook / Cara memasak :

  • Make a stir fried egg / Buat telur orak-arik

  • Crush the spices : garlic,onion, tomato and the shrimp / Haluskan bumbu : bawang putih, bawang merah, tomat, dan udang

  • Sauté the crushed spices / tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan

  • Put in the cooked rice, bean sprouts, egg and mix it with the spices / Masukkan nasi, kecambah dan telur kedalam dan pastikan bumbu trcampur dengan rata

  • Add some paper powder & salt / Tambahkan merica bubuk dan garam secukupnya

  • Cook it about 3 minute / masak selama kurang lebih 3 menit

  • And its ready to serve / masakan siap dihidangkan

Fruits / buah-buahan :

  • Cucumber / mentimun

  • Apple / apel

  • Unripe mango / mangga muda

Chili sauce / bumbu rujak :

  • 7 pieces chili / 7 buah lombok

  • 1 spoon of tamarin / 1 sendok asam matang

  • ½ tea spoon of salt / ½ sendok teh garam

  • 250 gr of coconut sugar / 250 gr gula kelapa

  • 100 of peanut / 100 gr kacang

  • 2 clove of garlic / 2 siung bawang putih


How to make / cara membuat :

  • Slice the garlic into a small of pieces then fry it until cripy / iris bawang putih lalu goreng hingga renyah

  • Put the fried garlic to the veil / letakkan bawang goreng kedalam layah

  • Add some salt, tamarin & chili to the veil then crush it all (fried garlic include) / masukkan garam, asam, lombok lalu haluskan bersama bawang goring

  • Fry the peanut until it crispy and put it to the veil / goring kacang hingga renyah lalu masukkan kedalam layah

  • Crush the fried peanut and make it mix with the spices / hancurkan kacang yang sudah digoreng bersama dengan bumbu hingga tercampur rata

  • Put the sugar to the veil, add some water and crush it with others spices / masukkan gula, tambahkan air dan hancurkan bersama bumbu yang lain

  • Sauce is ready / sambal sudah siap

  • Slice the fruit to the plate / iris buah-buahan kedalam piring

  • Pour the sauce to the top of fruit / tuangkan sambal diatas buah-buahan

  • Salad is ready to serve / rujak siap dihidangkan
